Faith Bible Church is located in Littleton NH, a quaint little town nestled in the White Mountains. From the church’s founding on September 11, 1977 it has seen consistent growth through God’s blessing. From day one the Faith Bible members met in various homes until they purchased the farmhouse (known as the Gould Farm) at 355 Union Street. Men in the church renovated the building, making a place for worship and fellowship on the first floor, several Sunday school rooms and an apartment for the pastor’s family upstairs. During the renovations, the services were held in the pastor’s living room.
On July 2, 1978, fourteen people attended the first service held in the newly renovated parsonage building. They happily met there until the fall of 1984 when the present sanctuary construction was completed. There have been many small renovations over the years to expand space for the growing church population. In 2017 Faith Bible Church purchased the warehouse down the hill further expanding the campus.
Faith Bible Church has a growing team of Elders and Deacons ready to humbly lead and serve as the ministry grows. We also have a list of ministries whose purpose is to further the Kingdom of God and to make the Gospel known in the church and community. We would love to have you get involved! Faith Bible Church is happy to offer programs for every age in the family.
The church has had a number of pastors over the years, with Mac Starring (recently retired Senior Pastor) holding the longest tenure. Mac and his family (wife and three children) came to Faith Bible Church in April of 1987. They have had many wonderful years of service here. In 2014 the church added a new position to its pastoral staff, a Pastor of Ministers. Nick DeYoung accepted this position and started in April of 2014. He and his family (wife and four children) were very excited about God’s call to join the FBC church body. In 2019 Pastor Nick moved into the Lead Pastor role.
We would love to have you come and join us in the ministry to the White Mountain region. There is plenty to do, and “the workers are few”. Since New Hampshire ranks amongst the states with the lowest church attendance it is right to say that the fields are ripe for the picking. God is moving here, and we are excited to see where He leads Faith Bible Church next.
